Cannot deploy solutions

Try one more or following:

Make sure that the printer has enough disk space or RAM to deploy more solutions

Increase the value of Discover Retry Count and Retry Interval settings

  1. From DDU, add or edit a workflow.

  2. Click

  3. From the Discover section, increase the values of Retry Count and Retry Interval (Milliseconds).

  4. Click Save.

Check the deployment logs

  1. From the DDU folder, open the deployment log files.

  2. Check for solutions that are not deployed successfully.

Check the device logs

  1. Open a web browser, and then type the printer IP address.

    Note:

    Locate the IP address on the printer home screen.

  2. Click Settings or Configuration.

  3. Depending on your printer model, do one of the following:

    • Click Apps > Apps Management.

    • Click Device Solutions > Solutions (eSF).

    • Click Embedded Solutions.

  4. Click System > Log.

  5. Select and submit the appropriate filters to view the log entries.

  6. Analyze the log, and then resolve the problem.
