Is the All-In-One software installed properly on your computer? | Remove the All-In-One software and then re-install it. Go to Remove the All-In-One software and Install the All-In-One software. | |
The scanner unit does not close | Is a paper jammed in your All-In-One? | Make sure you remove any paper jams before you close your All-In-One. For help, go to Jams and misfeeds troubleshooting. |

Poor quality at the edges of the page | Are you printing beyond the minimum print margins for the printer? | Make sure your margins are set within the following minimum margin settings:
- 6.35 mm (0.25 in.) for all paper sizes except A4 - 3.175 mm (0.125 in.) for A4 size paper

All-In-One is not found or does not communicate with the computer | Is the power supply pushed all the way into the printer? | Disconnect the power supply from your All-In-One. Is your All-In-One connected to a working electrical outlet? | Connect your All-In-One to an electrical outlet that other electrical devices have been using. For more information, see Check the cable connections. | |

Did you choose the correct paper size of your original? | You need to specify the correct size of your original from the Original Paper Size: pop-up menu on the Copy tab. Your All-In-One adjusts the copy settings accordingly. Choose Auto if you are unsure of the size of your original.
