Increase the Timeout value

From the LDD server, navigate to the C:\ProgramFiles\Lexmark\Solutions\apps\cdcl-rest-wrapper\WEB-INF\classes\META-INF folder.

Using a text editor, open the client_provided.properties file.

Add the
cdcl.ws.readTimeout=60000line.Sample code

Save the file.

Restart the Lexmark Solutions Application Server service.
